The Department of Economics at the School of Law and Economics at the University of Mannheim invites applications to fill

two postdoctoral positions in macroeconomics.

The first is a 3-year position in the area of family macro. The second is for a researcher interested in the macroeconomic analysis of labor markets. The candidate will be expected to work with Prof. Moritz Kuhn and Prof. Christian Bayer (University of Bonn) on a project funded by the German Research Foundation on the wage and employment effects of technological and organizational change. The project will have a strong empirical focus using newly compiled long-run data. The position is for three years.

Applicants are expected to show outstanding commitment to research and must have obtained a PhD when taking up the position or be near its completion.
