Predoc/full time research assistant in empirical IO

Isis Durrmeyer (Toulouse School of Economics) is looking for a pre-doctoral research fellow to work on several projects in empirical industrial organization, part of the ERC’s financed PRIDISP. The research project analyzes price dispersion with structural models.

What is the research assistant’s role?

The RA is involved in all stages of research – literature review, data management, data analysis, and writing.

Qualifications

The position would be ideal for a recent graduate who is interested in going on to do a PhD in Economics and seeking for a research experience in empirical industrial organization. The candidate must possess (at the time of starting) a Master or Bachelor degree with excellent grades in Economics and Econometrics. Candidates need experience with Stata and another statistical program such as SAS, Matlab, R or Python.
